IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Wilmington, Leland, Northwest, Bishop, Makatoka, Hightsville, Honey Island, Batarora, Silver Lake, Town Creek, Freeman, Phoenix, Delco, Winnabow, Riegelwood, Wrightsboro, Belville, Navassa, and Sandy Creek. This includes Interstate 140 between mile markers 15 and 16.
