At 237 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cherry Branch Ferry Terminal, or near Havelock, moving northeast at
25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Havelock, Janeiro, Nc Pamlico, Merritt, Cherry Branch Ferry Terminal,
Minnesott Beach Ferry, Arapahoe, and Minnesott Beach.
