Description:
At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Wakulla, or near Red Springs, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lumberton, Red Springs, Pembroke, Maxton, St. Pauls, Smiths,
Howellsville, Rex, Tolarsville, Shannon, Buie, Robeson Community
College, Wakulla, Barker Ten Mile, Prospect, Raemon, Parkton,
Rennert, Lumber Bridge, and Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
This includes Interstate 95 in North Carolina between mile markers 18
and 38.
