At 600 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bowdens, or 7 miles southwest of Mount Olive, moving northeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Goldsboro, Mount Olive, Walnut Creek, Seven Springs, Brogden, and
Cliffs Of The Neuse State Park.
This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 349 and 359.
