At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles north of Lenoir, or near Cedar Rock, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lenoir, Gamewell, Cedar Rock, Kings Creek, Globe, Vashti,
Collettsville, Patterson, Upton, and Edgemont.
