* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following county, Anson. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 727 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. While storms are beginning to taper off, minor flooding from earlier storms is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with another inch possible before 830 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wadesboro, Lilesville, Morven, McFarlan, White Store and Blewett Falls Lake. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
