Description:
At 652 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Delmar, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Albany, East Greenbush, Rensselaer, Delmar, Ravena, Voorheesville,
Valatie, Castleton-On-Hudson, West Sand Lake, Feura Bush, Selkirk,
Averill Park, New Scotland, Coeymans, Clarksville, Brookview, Van
Hoesen Station, Spawn Hollow, Beckers Corners, and Karlsfeld.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 90 between exits 10 and 9.
Interstate 87 between exits 21A and 23.
Interstate 787 between exits 1 and 4.
