At 125 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Kring Point State Park, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hammond Village, Richville, Gouverneur Village, Gouverneur, Hermon, Macomb, Rossie, Fowler, Pitcairn, Edwards, Hammond, Morristown, Russell, De Kalb, Fine, Chippewa Bay, Talcville, South Edwards, North Gouverneur, and West Fowler.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm.
