At 333 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Ridgefield to Brooklyn Heights to The Verrazano
Narrows Bridge. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Islip, Jamaica, Flushing, Brentwood, Levittown, Freeport, Valley
Stream, Commack, Long Beach, Huntington Station, Deer Park,
Lindenhurst, Glen Cove, Plainview, and Garden City.
