El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 645 PM MDT. * At 604 PM MDT, a large area of dust was moving north, on the outflow winds of storms to the south, over Chihuahua, Mexico. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind between 25 and 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar, traffic cameras, and weather observations. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Tornillo, Chaparral, Fabens, Clint, Horizon City, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Hueco Tanks, Vado, Sunland Park, Indian Cliffs Ranch, Canutillo, Afton, and San Elizario.
