In west central New Mexico, San Francisco River Valley, Southwest Mountains and West Central Mountains. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour Saturday afternoon.
