* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Northwest and West Central NM as well as the Southwest Mountains. * WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour may lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding.
