Description:
At 838 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from near Oasis State Park to near Kenna,
moving southeast at 15 mph. Strong northwest winds will spread across
southeast Roosevelt County out a head of these storms.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...A ZiaMet Station in Elida measured 55 mph wind speeds with
this thunderstorm gust front at 8:15 PM MDT.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Dora, Causey, Pep, Milnesand, Lingo and Rogers.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
