At 602 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18 miles southeast of Bingham, or 18 miles west of Carrizozo, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Southeastern Socorro and West Central Lincoln Counties. This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 42 and 60.
