At 215 PM MDT, surface observations indicated a line of strong thunderstorms extending from near San Acacia to 28 miles southeast of Bosque Del Apache Refuge, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Surface observations. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Socorro, San Antonio, Bosque Del Apache Refuge, Escondida, Lemitar, San Acacia, Laborcita, Luis Lopez and Chamizal. This includes the following highways... Highway 380 between Mile Markers 1 and 28. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 126 and 138. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 123 and 163.
