At 543 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles west of Santa Rosa, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa Lake State Park, Puerto De Luna and Cuervo. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 260 and 292.
