Southwestern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...
* Until 715 PM MDT.
* At 610 PM MDT, a wall of dust was pushing across the East Potrillo
Mountains in Southern Dona Ana County, about 15 miles west of
Santa Teresa, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 50 mph.
SOURCE...Doppler radar.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
Locations impacted include...
Highway 9 west of Santa Teresa, Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal,
Mount Riley, and Kilbourne Hole.
Instruction:
