Description:
At 941 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over
Succasunna-Kenvil, or 10 miles northwest of Morristown, moving
northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Dover, Hopatcong, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington,
Mendham, Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Netcong, Chester, Victory Gardens,
Succasunna, Succasunna-Kenvil, Budd Lake, Lake Mohawk, and White
Meadow Lake.
This includes Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 24 and
41.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Mount Holly NJ.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
