Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following
county, Elko.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 122 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to half an inch has already
fallen on top of areas that saw up two and half inches of
rain yesterday.

Montello and the Hot Canyon burn scar.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
