Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Slow
moving thunderstorms are producing enough rainfall per hour to
cause minor flooding.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, in Elko County including
US-93 from mile marker EL-90 to EL-130.
* WHEN...Until 645 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 336 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.7 inches of
rain have fallen.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
