* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in north central Nevada, Eureka. In northeast Nevada, White Pine. Included in this is a portion of US-50 from Pinto Summit eastward toward Ely, NV. * WHEN...Until 515 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 206 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.6 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This is on top of previous days rainfall of over an inch in and near Pinto Summit. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
