* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following county, Keith. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 648 PM MDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in Downtown Ogallala due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in Downtown Ogallala, with multiple streets flooded. - Downtown Ogallala is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
