At 539 PM MDT, radar indicated thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of Lima to 8 miles north of Kilgore. Movement was northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Monida Pass reported a 46 mph gust at 530 pm. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Henrys Lake, Lima, Monida, Dell, Bannack Pass, Red Rock Pass, Lakeview, and Snowline.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
