At 921 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 33 miles southeast of Ashland, or 32 miles southwest of Broadus, moving east northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail, along with very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Powder River County.
