Description:
At 418 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 36
miles south of Ashland, or 43 miles southwest of Broadus, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Moorhead and Otter.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
