* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and steep to very steep wind-driven seas 8 to 11 ft. North winds ease late tonight to 15 to 25 kt and seas remain steep 6 to 8 ft. * WHERE...All areas. Very steep and hazardous seas are expected south of Gold Beach and beyond 5 nm from shore. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
