* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and very steep seas of 7 to 11 ft at 7 to 8 seconds. For the Small Craft Advisory, steep seas of 6 to 9 feet at 5 to 7 seconds. * WHERE...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, for waters 5 to 10 nm from the shore. A Small Craft Advisory covers the waters from the shore to 5 nm. On Monday morning, all waters are included in a Small Craft Advisory. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
