* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Dunklin and Pemiscot and West Tennessee, including the following counties, Lake and Obion. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 917 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kennett, Caruthersville, Hayti, Steele, Senath, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville, Ridgely, Cardwell, Hayti Heights, Arbyrd, Wardell, Bolton, Deering, Cottonwood Grove, Cloverdale, Hornbeak, Samburg, Bragg City and Pascola. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
