Description:
At 1111 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles northwest
of Queen City, or 11 miles west of Lancaster, moving southeast at 50
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. This storm has a history of 58 MPH winds
and notable tree damage near Centerville Iowa.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Lancaster, Queen City, Novinger, Greentop, Downing, Greencastle,
Glenwood, Worthington, Livonia, and Green Castle.
