Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Livingston, Chariton and Carroll Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Grand River near Sumner. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Bottomland 1 to 2 miles south of the gage begins to flood. At 26.0 feet, Rural land adjacent to the river is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 16.5 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
