Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Livingston, Carroll and Chariton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Brunswick. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas occurs along the west bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge about 1 mile west of Brunswick. At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the east bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:51 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 7.8 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
