Description:
* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than 1 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory,
southwest winds with gusts up to 25 knots and waves 1 to 3 ft
expected.
* WHERE...Grand Marais to Taconite Harbor MN, Taconite Harbor to
Silver Bay Harbor MN and Silver Bay Harbor to Two Harbors MN.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM CDT this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
Instruction:
Anyone operating a smaller vessel should avoid navigating in
hazardous conditions.
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
