Description:
At 130 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Lexington to near Peck to near Melvin. Movement
was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Yale around 135 PM EDT.
Lakeport around 145 PM EDT.
Port Huron around 200 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include North Street, Lynn
Township, Goodells, Brockway, Smiths Creek, Wadhams, Riley Center,
Fort Gratiot, Allenton, and Avoca.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
southeastern Michigan.
