Description:
At 603 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Emmett, or 9 miles north of Richmond, moving east
at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Port Huron, Richmond, St. Clair, Capac, Marysville, Armada, Memphis,
Emmett, Columbus, North Street, Adair, Rattle Run, Goodells, Smiths
Creek, Wadhams, Riley Center, Fort Gratiot, Allenton, Avoca, and
Berville.
