* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Delta County in south central upper Michigan... * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Standing water on roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 PM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Escanaba, Ford River, Hyde and Schaeffer. - www.weather.gov/safety/flood
