Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Lenawee, Monroe, Washtenaw and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 902 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area. Up to 4 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts in excess of 2 inches are
expected over the area through 12 PM. This additional rain
will result in minor flooding.

Ann Arbor, Taylor, Romulus, Adrian, Monroe, Ypsilanti, Flat
Rock, Saline, Tecumseh, Milan, Chelsea, Dexter, Dundee,
Blissfield, Carleton, Hudson, Morenci, Manchester, Temperance
and Trenton.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
