Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Bay and Midland.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 754 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor
drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the
advisory area. Between 0.7 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Midland, Linwood, Poseyville, Averill, Laporte, Willard,
Gordonville, Crump and Porter Township.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
