Description: 
At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Montpelier to 7 miles northwest of Albany. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Greensburg, Amite, Amite City, Kentwood, Independence, Roseland, Montpelier, Easleyville, Wilmer, and Tangipahoa. This includes the following Interstates... Interstate 12 near mile marker 28. Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 39 and 63.
