Description: 
At 237 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms generally along a line from near Henderson to near Addis. These storms are moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Addis, Brusly, Livonia, Maringouin, Fordoche, Rosedale, Grosse Tete, Ramah, Erwinville, and Lottie. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 127 and 149.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, seek shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
