Description:
At 1222 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lacombe, or 7 miles west of Slidell, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Slidell, Eden Isle, Lacombe, and Slidell Airport.

Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 259 and 272.
Interstate 12 between mile markers 73 and 84.
Interstate 59 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 3.
