Description: 
At 218 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near French Settlement, or 8 miles northeast of Gonzales, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Reserve, Gramercy, Lutcher, Sorrento, French Settlement, Port Vincent, Garyville, Whitehall, and Killian. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 187 and 202.
