Description:
At 647 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Coushatta to over Heflin, or
extending from 21 miles east of Mansfield to 11 miles south of
Minden, moving west at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Haughton, Coushatta, Ringgold, Sibley, Doyline, Dubberly, Dixie
Inn, Heflin, Martin, Hall Summit, Castor, Edgefield, Jamestown,
Ninock, Lake Bistineau South, Loggy Bayou and Mc Dade.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
