Description:
At 550 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Eagle Bend to near Mound. Movement was
west at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Tallulah, Eagle Bend, Mound, Alsatia, Mansford, Sondheimer, Omega,
Transylvania, and Richmond.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northeastern Louisiana...and west central Mississippi.
