At 432 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Roseland, or near Amite, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Greensburg, Kentwood, Osyka, Gillsburg, Easleyville, and Tangipahoa. This includes the following Interstates... Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 51 and 66. Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 1 and 6.
