Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Wilkinson, Concordia and Adams Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Natchez. * WHEN...Until Wednesday, July 22. * IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Lowlands along the river in areas not protected by levees begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 36.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will continue to fluctuate and is expected to rise to a crest of 38.0 feet Tuesday, July 21. - Action stage is 38.0 feet. - Flood stage is 48.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
