* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected with up to 1 to 3 feet of inundation at high tide. * WHERE...St. John The Baptist, Western Orleans, Southwestern St. Tammany, Lower Tangipahoa, Coastal Jefferson, Lower Lafourche, Lower Terrebonne and Upper St. Charles Parishes. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
Instruction: 
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
