Southwestern Russell County in south central Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 649 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain and flooded roads in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
