At 457 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Manchester to near Rosemount, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Manchester, Vanceburg, South Webster, Rosemount, Camp Dix, Tollesboro, Rome, Franklin Furnace, Sciotodale, Clarktown, Blue Creek, Concord, Saint Paul, Sciotoville, Kinniconick, Epworth, and Ribolt.
