At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Stony Fork Junction, or 10 miles northeast of Pineville, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Harlan, Loyall, Evarts, Wallins Creek, Sandy Fork, Bobs Creek, Bledsoe, Mary Alice, Chevrolet, Coldiron, Beverly, Black Snake, Saylor, Elcomb, Blanche, Rella, White Star, Blackmont, Black Mountain, and Rosspoint.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southeastern Kentucky. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for southeastern Kentucky.
