Description: 
At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Yale, or 9 miles northeast of Frenchburg, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... West Liberty, Sandy Hook, Salt Lick, Lenox, Zag, Blairs Mills, Yale, Lick Branch, Little Sandy, Bangor, Dehart, Cogswell, Zilpo, Wrigley, Lytten, Pelfrey, Hamm, Yocum, Farmers, and Licking River. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky near mile marker 130.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
